How much does it cost?

We would prefer to discuss this with you in our initial phone conversation. The fee will depend upon the size and location of your castle. Prices will continue to be as reasonable as the high degree of education and skills permit. Prices start at $199 for condos, $249 for residential homes, and $299 for investment properties. This price includes the inspection and your itemized report, reviewed and delivered upon inspection completion. If the purchase price of your property is hundreds of thousands of dollars, then a couple hundred dollars worth of protection is a true value; it's peace of mind and a wise financial decision.

How it works:

  3. We will schedule a convenient time for the inspection.
  4. Prior to the inspection we will review our agreement and accept the inspection fee payment.
  5. The inspection will proceed and your itemized written report will be immediately reviewed, summarized, and delivered to you on site.
